Directions to the Clark County Educational Service Center
NEW location of the Clark County Educational Service Center, 25 West Pleasant Street, Springfield, 45506. Take Route 40 into Springfield, turn south onto North Fountain Avenue. Go straight through the downtown area past the Heritage Center, Library, Performing Arts Center to the 4th traffic light at Pleasant Street. Turn Right. The Clark County Educational Service Center is on the left. It is a brick building that looks like a school. There is a blue sign in front that reads "Clark County Garfield Building."
