Fingerprint Information

1. Fingerprinting is by appointment only. Please contact Dawn McKee or Scott Webb at 937-325-7671 for an appointment.

2. Fees:
                    BCI Background Check:
                              School District Employees        $30.00
                           Documentation of employment requested. Includes volunteers with a letter from the                         
                            school district.
                                                            Not Employed by District         $40.00     

                    FBI Background Check:
                              School District Employees        $30.00
                           Documentation of employment requested. Includes volunteers with a letter from the                         
                            school district.
                                                            Not Employed by District         $40.00      

3. Must have valid Drivers License or Picture Identification Card.

4. Non-education background checks need the contact name and address of where results need to be mailed at time of appointment.

5. We accept exact cash, check, or money order only made payable to Clark County ESC.
