Pay Information: All Subs receive $153.50 a day. This can be in half or full day increments.  Subs receive $125 after every 20 days worked.

Timesheets should be completed and submitted to the secretaries for each building. They assist in getting them filled out and signed.

Teachers: $120.00 for full days and $60.00 for half days
Nurses: $125.00 for full days and $62.50 for half days

Classified:
Custodians: $13.00 per hour
Aides: $12.88 per hour

All substitutes are to report to the main office in each building. At that point you need to sign in for the position you are subing in. The secretary in that building will send the Payroll Specialist the sheet for that pay period and the substitute will be paid. They also pull ReadySub information for their teacher substitutes; however, Subs should still sign in at the main office.

Pay Information: Subs are paid $100 a day (TL pays in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and a full day). If the sub is a retired teacher from Tecumseh, they are paid $120 per day.

Pay Information: Regular rate is $95 per day. 

There is a section for substitute employees and a section for regular contracted individuals on the timesheet. Substitutes will be asked to include their name and birth month/year along with the date they sub, the building they subbed in, the name of the employee they subbed for, the length of day worked, and their signature. Clark-Shawnee building principals will help facilitate this process.

$264.24 for 61+ days

These days do not have to be consecutive, just total days worked for the CTC.

Subs will report to the main office and speak to Luke Campbell to go over their assignment, get a visitor badge, class room keys, and go over any other pertinent information. At the end of their assignment and/or day, Luke will then have them turn all items back in to him. Luke will handle submitting sub hours to payroll.

Subs can complete the timesheet and email it to payroll@clarkesc.org. If subbing at GISA, their staff can provide a GISA Timesheet to turn in.
