Submitting a Technology Request

Please submit all to Technology Requests ONLY to technologysupport@clarkesc.org. Please do to copy anyone else on the email. We will not be receiving technology requests through text messaging or any other email.

SUBMITTING A TICKET:

Please include

· Name

· Phone Number

· Email Address

· Tech issue (in detail)

Once you have submitted a ticket, it will be put in the Que for our Technology Support Specialist to review. Our Technician will then contact you at the contact number you provided.

The technology department strives to make sure all of your needs are met in a timely fashion. Thank you for helping by following the proper request procedure.
