Payments Accepted

We accept exact cash, credit/debit cards, check, or money order. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Clark County ESC.

Required Documentation

• Must have valid State ID, Drivers License, or Passport. 

• Code/reason for background check.

• Documentation of employment/volunteer placement requested. Includes volunteers with a letter from the  school district.

• Non-education background checks need the contact name and address of where results need to be mailed at time of appointment.

• Completed Request for Electronic Background Check form. Print and bring completed form with you to your appointment.

Fingerprinting is by appointment only.  Please call 937-325-7671 if you have a need an appointment time that is not listed. We will try to accommodate.
